Ensure timely resolution of machine issues through effective troubleshooting and coordination of repair activities. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime. Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
