This Equipment Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining automation systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic components, configuring software, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. They will handle support requests, coordinate with internal teams, and provide accurate service reports.
Responsibilities- Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Setup electronics controllers, PC, and install software.
- Perform onsite machine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipment failures.
