Equity Compensation Analyst - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for an Equity Compensation Analyst position with an industry-leading telecommunications firm located in Boston, MA. This individual will support the accurate and timely administration of global equity programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The Equity Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy and data integrity across systems such as Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), while preparing and delivering reporting to key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Business Partners. The role will also support ongoing compliance with internal policies and global regulatory requirements.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering $60–70/hour (depending on experience). The role requires an on-site presence three days per week in the Boston office.
