Position Summary
The ERLR Analyst supports the timely and accurate resolution of Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) cases across the North America region. This role is responsible for case triage, investigation support, and execution of case management activities in alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and service level expectations. The position also drives operational excellence through data analytics, automation tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
