Description:
- Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients.
- Perform triage and determine patient acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per orders.
- Monitor and document patient status and vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff for coordinated care.
- Communicate clearly and support patients and families.
- Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
- Respond rapidly to critical situations and assist in emergencies.
