The ERIC Implementation Specialist (ERIC IS) will be trained as a certified professional and be responsible in installation and implementation of the ERIC ERP system. The ERIC ERP is a comprehensive and state of the art ERP system covering financial, distribution, manufacturing and personnel software applications. Key Responsibilities
Project Scoping:
1. Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements
2. Data Gathering
Consulting:
1. Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions.
2. Must learn detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices.
