Job Description
The Account Manager serves as the long-term partner for existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their ERP investment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders and project leads.
- Identify whitespace opportunities to sell additional modules (e.g., MES, Supply Chain, WMS, etc…) or licenses.
- Manage the contract renewal process and mitigate churn risks.
