Job Description
We are currently supporting an international engineering and consulting group in the search for an ERP Application Specialist to join their Digitalization Team and contribute to the evolution of their enterprise systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)
- Management of ERP-related incidents and Level 2 functional support for key users and business teams
- Participation in system upgrades, non-regression testing, validation of fixes, and deployment of enhancement packages
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Contribution to integration and digital transformation projects, including M&A environments
- Technical documentation, monitoring activities, and support for ERP governance processes
