Title: Analyst – ERP Applications (Functional Support) 10+ Years Exp
Role Summary: Provide functional and logical support for ERP incidents, enabling core project teams to focus on Archer program activities.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve low to mid-complexity ERP incidents Provide functional troubleshooting and user support Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base Support ERP system stabilization Escalate complex issues as required
Required Skills: ERP functional support and incident management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Knowledge of ERP workflows and systems SQL basics
Experience: 7+ years in ERP support
Languages: Spanish (Must) English (Proficient)
Technology: Infor / Baan (Preferred) SQL
