Job Description
The Manager ERP will lead the end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of ERP systems (primarily Odoo) across the organization. The role is responsible for driving ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with leadership capabilities to manage cross‑functional teams and ensure successful ERP deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive end‑to‑end ERP implementation initiatives (Odoo or equivalent) across the organization.
- Oversee support, maintenance, and enhancement of legacy systems during and after ERP transition.
- Act as the primary coordination point between ERP consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive in‑house implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules aligned with business requirements.
