Archer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Odoo Sales Specialist to lead new business acquisition and drive ERP sales growth.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with experience in B2B software, SaaS, or ERP solution selling, who can identify client needs, conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, and close deals with clear scope alignment.
The Odoo Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, and smooth handover to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, challenges, and ERP requirements.
- Map business needs to relevant Odoo modules
