ERP SME Lead (Overall System Tester + RTR)
The ERP SME Lead is responsible for leading MS Finance & Operations (F&O) process testing, serving as the subject‑matter expert for RTR and all CGS Level 4 and Level 5 processes. The role is responsible for conducting end‑to‑end system testing—including UAT sign‑off—documenting ERP simulations and ensuring full coverage of the process inventory. The ERP SME is also responsible for creating job aids, training end users, and collaborating with project teams, IT, third‑party partners, and OpCo stakeholders. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing hypercare support and assisting the CGS Transition Lead with future system and process enhancements.
