Job Description
We are looking for an ERP Support Analyst (internally titled as: ERP Application Specialist) to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Supply Chain & Manufacturing functionalities.
In this role, you will support end users, resolve incidents and issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvements in a post-implementation environment. You will act as a key bridge between business users, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in leading the adoption and optimization of systems.

This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule from home and in our Kuala Lumpur office (1 day minimum onsite).
