Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer escalations and service-related concerns professionally
- Investigate complaints and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure
- Work closely with Customer Service, Technicians, and Operations teams
- Manage and resolve negative Google review escalations
- Identify recurring issues and support service improvement initiatives
