Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Closer / Escrow Processor to manage and facilitate real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role is responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the escrow process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, process, and manage escrow files from start to finish
- Review purchase agreements and closing instructions
- Prepare and review settlement statements (HUD/CD) for accuracy
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Order and review title commitments, payoffs, and other required documents
- Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding
- Schedule and facilitate closings
- Handle disbursement of funds and finalize closing packages
