Job Description
A European asset management firm is looking for an ESG Analyst to join its sustainability team. The role covers a broad range of ESG responsibilities across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Reporting on the ESG quality and impact of funds and supporting the preparation of ESG disclosures
- Managing the stewardship policy, including company engagements and proxy voting decisions
- Providing strategic input on ESG integration for new products and ongoing improvement of the ESG approach
- Supporting the ESG due diligence process for private market investments
- Completing due diligence questionnaires for clients and prospects
- Conducting ESG research and analysis of companies globally
- Researching and reporting on ESG and sustainable themes to inform investment decisions
- Monitoring ESG controversies and exclusions
- Maintaining and improving ESG data systems and tools
