Skills and experience:
- Prior experience with usage of Lazada/Shopee seller center with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:
- Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)
- Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.
- Can deal with last‑minute changes and issues and pressure situations.
- Requires timely decision making always – most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.
