Main duties of the job
As a Workforce Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) Team and the Agenda for Change (A4C) job evaluation service.
As a Workforce Officer you will:
- Deliver a high-quality, cost-effective ESR service that meets the needs of managers and staff across the CNTW Group.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the ESR system, ensuring staff changes are processed efficiently. Ensuring the ESR system is up to date, accurate, and carry out maintenance to the system to ensure integrity of the data.
