Skills & Experience
Mandatory Requirements
- French language proficiency
- ESRI Certified Professional
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in ESRI/ArcGIS suite development
- Proven hands‑on experience in telecommunications projects, with a deep understanding of telecom data models for fiber, coax, and HFC networks.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming expertise in the ArcGIS platform, including:
- ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS
- ArcGIS JavaScript APIs and Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder
