Reporting to the director, your tasks will involve diverse administrative activities, including assisting in onboarding processes, office supply management, and financial record-keeping. Collaborating with departments will be crucial to ensure smooth operations for residents’ needs and clinical scheduling. A strong focus on communication and organization will be essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the director with document management
• Welcome new staff and prepare necessary files
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with admissions on resident support files
• Help organize financial information sessions for residents
Requirements:
• DEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience
