🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Estate Manager to take full ownership of a prestigious mixed-use development in North London. You’ll be the visible lead on-site - trusted by residents, occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders - ensuring the estate runs smoothly and looks its best. This is your chance to set the standard for service, quality, and community engagement across an exciting, high-profile project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee contractors, building operations, defects, and new asset mobilisation
- Manage the day-to-day running of the estate and public realm
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements
