- Responsible for managing the overall operations of SM Seaside Central Estates, covering both SM Seaside Complex Cebu and South Coast City. This includes overseeing administration, grounds maintenance, safety and security, traffic management, and development control. The role also involves executing development-related projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation to enhance estate facilities and services.
