About the vacancy:
We're looking for an Estates Services Operative to join our Property & Place team at Hedyn.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on cleaning, which will make up the majority of your day-to-day responsibilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal areas, including hallways, kitchens, offices, stairwells and external spaces, ensuring our homes and estates are safe, hygienic and well presented for residents.
In this role you'll work closely with colleagues and residents, support basic grounds maintenance, and report any issues to help keep our communities running smoothly.
