Job Description
We need someone strong with experience in estate management.
You must reside close to Sandton/Cleveland
This is not a live-in position
- Supervising in-house projects
- Overseeing the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home
- Managing household bills and administrative duties
- Running errands and purchasing items where required
- Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties
- Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and maintenance teams
- Ensure the home''s Pool is well-maintained by maintenance
- Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly
- Air-con to be checked weekly to ensure it is working
- All household equipment, how it is used, charged, and refurbished
- Sound Systems to be checked and ensure that they are used correctly
- Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the family'...
