About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as Pre- Construction Manager. This role will manage incoming tenders through the internal estimating department so that all requested quotations are returned with a high level of information and in a satisfactory time scale.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Planner to establish the most effective and efficient programme of delivery to provide both design, construction, procurement and target programmes,
- Interrogate and integrate supply chain enquiries to establish base costs
- Review building methods and interaction with operational staff in the development of final bid costs
