Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Landscape)
Location: Dubai – UAE

Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for landscape and irrigation projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Perform quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure elements
- Analyze project scope and identify risks, constraints, and cost‑saving opportunities
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Participate in pre‑bid meetings and site visits
