Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate project cost estimates covering labour, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and indirect costs.
  
• Analyze engineering drawings, procurement specifications, and construction documents for accurate project budgeting.
  
• Prepare and evaluate detailed quantity take-offs received from pre-bid engineering teams.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive techno-commercial quotations.
