Evolve Talent are partnering with a leading remedial construction company seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions across a diverse range of remedial and refurbishment projects within the residential, commercial, and heritage sectors. You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver competitive, commercially sound, and high-quality tender outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for remedial construction projects
* Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to assess project scope and risks
* Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
