Estimator Commercial Construstion | Multi-Family, Hotels, etc.
An established General Contractor arm of a Developer Builder in Phoenix that’s growing rapidly with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Estimator to join the team. With backlog over the next 5 years this provides opportunity to learn and grow.
This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimation, Multi-Family, and adaptable to change as the project runs it course.
Construction Estimator Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
- Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
