Be responsible for estimating tender quotes and ensuring that tenders are accurate and submitted on time for various construction remediation, building and façade projects across our growing business.
THE ROLE
- Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates
- Compile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities
- Assist preparing and developing construction methodologies, programs and submission documentation
- Develop estimates from first principles using site productivity rates
- Prepare risk and opportunity including cost escalation analysis for estimates
