We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join one of New Zealand’s most respected commercial construction businesses. An excellent opportunity within a high-performing Wellington team delivering significant commercial and vertical construction projects has become available.
About the Role
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for commercial construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop pricing strategies and tender submissions.
- Identify project risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers, commercial teams and senior leadership.
- Assist with value engineering and alternative construction methodologies.
