Matric
Preparing Estimates and Quotes
Receiving Enquiries
Costing updates
Assisting accounts with import courier queries
Following up with shipments from Germany
Requesting quotes from Germany
Requesting quotes from China
Assist estimating with quotes when needed.
Reading through the contract and highlighting possible problems with a project
Assisting the Financial Manager with import queries
Creating orders for spares
Creating receipting packs for all Imports received
Tracking of Imports
Creating shipping Schedules for internal management to keep them up to date on shipment tracking
