Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial gate projects, including new construction, retrofits, and large-scale repairs. This role focuses exclusively on gate systems such as automated vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, and related access control components. The Estimator works closely with sales, project management, and field teams to ensure bids are complete, profitable, and aligned with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities Estimating & Bidding
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial gate projects including:
- Automated sliding and swing gates
- Cantilever gate systems
- Pedestrian gates and entry systems
