Estimator (Millwork Experienced)

Our client is a St Louis-based manufacturer of architectural woodwork, providing high quality custom fixtures and furnishings to high profile customers globally. This is an on-site, in-person position.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator who will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for multiple large-scale woodworking projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reviews project drawings and documents to determine material, labor, and scope requirements, creating detailed itemized lists.

Requests and processes vendor/subcontractor quotes, handles RFIs, and organizes quotes within project folders.

Collaborates with clients, vendors, and designers to clarify project details, scope, and value engineering opportunities.
