**ESTIMATOR (CONSTRUCTION / MILLWORK)**

**$24–$28/hr | STEADY WORK | OFFICE + PROJECT SUPPORT**

If you can **read blueprints, crunch numbers, and build solid bids** , this is a great opportunity. We’re looking for an **Estimator** to handle takeoffs and pricing for millwork projects like doors, windows, and trim.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Read **blueprints and plans** to figure material and labor costs
+ Build **quotes and bid packages** for projects
+ Work with **sales, customers, and internal teams**
+ Help find ways to **save money on projects** (value engineering)
+ Support bidding and help win jobs

**WHAT YOU NEED**

+ Experience in **estimating or construction**
+ Able to read and understand **blueprints**
+ Strong with **numbers, pricing, and takeoffs**
+ Familiar with estimating software
+ Good communication and attention to detail
