Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates and tender submissions
- Measure quantities and develop project budgets using CostX
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Administer tender documentation through Procore
- Prepare clear and accurate tender submission letters
