**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**
+ Under administrative guidance, plans and executes the Project Controls requirements for projects.
+ Experience with FEL (Front End Loading) process, funding document development and capital planning.
+ Preparation of Financial Reporting (Accruals, Asset Additions, Project Closures, Cashflow Forecast, etc...).
+ Ability to track/trend/manage capital portfolio list (basis of Plaquemine 5 Year Capital Plan).
+ Ability to establish cost tracking from SAP and monitor progress.
+ Preparation of various project estimates - OOM (Or...
