Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) to be based in Dubai.
The role involves handling quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, and commercial evaluation for marine construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive project bids.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marine projects
- Proven experience in marine or engineering construction projects
- Strong commercial and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and meet tender deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
