RESPONSABILITIE
In the role of Estimator , you will play a key role in driving sales growth by analyzing and qualifying requests, and preparing accurate project cost estimates. More precisely, you will have to :- Analyze projects as a whole to properly plan steps and costs;
- Interpret accurately technical specifications in tender documents;
- Participate in sourcing suppliers and subcontractors and in managing tender requests;
- Communicate with project stakeholders and build business relationships with suppliers, professional firms, and subcontractors;
- Estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, tools, and subcontracting using the management software;
- Prepare and submit final proposals to clients;
- Coordinate project bid closures with the responsible parties;
