The Role This role is responsible for leading Talent Attraction and Recruitment across Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other APAC subsidiaries including developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing workflows in the absence of an ATS, and evaluating suitable recruitment tools to improve efficiency. The incumbent partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure strong candidate fit, and apply foundational Compensation & Benefits knowledge (preferably with exposure to Mercer methodologies) to design competitive salary packages and provide HR advisory support.
