Responsibilities
- Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into alleged violations of company policy, Code of Conduct, and workplace standards, including concerns related to employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other ethics‑related matters.
- Manage investigations end‑to‑end, including intake assessment, scoping, investigation planning, evidence gathering, witness interviews, credibility assessments, fact development, and case closure.
- Produce clear, accurate, and well‑reasoned investigative documentation, including interview summaries, case analyses, investigation reports, and recommendations for corrective or disciplinary action where appropriate.
