Job Description

We are instructed by the Brussels office of a prestigious US Law firm, to find a mid/senior-level EU Competition/Antitrust Associate to join their leading practice.

Our client’s practice covers the full range of Competition and Antitrust issues, with a focus on:

  • Merger Control filing and investigations
  • Behavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc.
  • Stated Aid/Anti-subsidy
  • Follow-on litigation
  • ESG regulatory issues

    • They act for international corporations across a broad range of sectors but with an emphasis on innovation-led businesses in tech, life sciences, healthcare and energy.

    You will be a mid/senior-level EU Competition lawyer with experience and training gained at leading international law firms and institutions. You will have a strong record of academic achievement, ideally including a masters/LL.M. You will demonstrate intellectual rigour alongside sound commercial instincts.
