Parkside Recruitment is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager based in Spain, Islas Baleares. This role can be managed remotely within the EU or hybrid from Wroclaw, Brno, or Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of 15 DevOps engineers, implementing best practices in CI/CD and driving the company’s cloud automation strategy. With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, you will be responsible for enhancing pipelines and championing DevSecOps within the organization.
The position offers a competitive salary of €86,000 - €90,000 plus a 10% bonus.
