Job Description
Position: Spare Parts Operations Specialist – Europe
Responsibilities:
- Planning Management:
- Collaborate spare part manager to organize oversee spare parts demand across the European region. Collaborate with agents to execute rolling forecasts of each country. Deeply engage with business units to optimize planning models, continuously improve forecast accuracy of each country, finally increase forecast accuracy of whole Europe, and enhance end‑customer demand fulfillment rates.
- Coordinate with production, warehousing, logistics, and IT teams to resolve issues in the spare parts order fulfillment process of each country. Establish order tracking mechanisms, analyze process efficiency at each node, and continuously optimize workflows to shorten lead times according to different situation of each country.
