Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user devices, applications, and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
* Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions.
* Handle incident tickets and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
