Requirements The End User Services (EUS) environment provides a standard Windows-based workplace setup that supports essential office productivity tools and business applications, enabling end users to perform daily operational activities efficiently. EUSS collaborates closely with various IT and business teams on both global and local initiatives and projects. Responsible for the evaluation, selection, support, and maintenance of desktop infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers, along with managing device lifecycle and technology refresh programs.
