Coordinate materials to ensure timely availability at the correct location.
Assist with the delivery of materials during installation.
Escalate and follow up on materials issue promptly.
Prepare and issue material-related documents to communicate with the relevant ASML sectors.
Ensure the material tracking sheet is updated accurately and on time, and understood and followed by all relevant personnel.
Manage and provide guidance on customer site access permissions.
Coordinate the release of IT assets and ensure compliance with ASML operational standards.
Prepare laptops included necessary software and ASML tools for using in the FAB environment.
Maintain effective communication and resource sharing with other ASML sectors, providing support as needed.
