Job Description
The Evening Floor Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations on assigned guest floors during the evening shift between 2.30 pm to 11 pm, ensuring luxury standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort are consistently achieved. You will lead and support the evening housekeeping team while maintaining a calm, professional presence and a strong focus on detail and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise evening housekeeping operations across assigned guest floors
- Conduct detailed room and floor inspections to ensure brand and quality standards are met
