Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the project lead in managing event operations, including overseeing team management, supplier/vendor coordination, and venue logistics to meet event, internal, and client expectations.
- Plan and propose efficient workflow structures for projects, collaborating with the team to streamline project execution.
- Create innovative and compelling event proposals for clients, and present creative ideas and concepts effectively.
- Source and secure cost-effective solutions for event requirements and logistics from various suppliers, preparing accurate purchase requisition documents and invoices for processing.
