What You’ll Be Doing Guest & Event Operations
Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution of events, exhibitions, meetings, and conferences
Deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences through proactive engagement and service recovery
Handle escalations, operational incidents, and customer concerns professionally
